We are a software and services partnership in Athens, Greece, catering to the needs of large companies and organisations through own or bespoke software solutions and provision of development, consulting, outsourcing and other IT professional services.

We are looking for a qualified & experienced Project Manager to
lead the planning and execution of digital transformation & data migration client projects in banking. You'll work closely with the clients' hybrid teams and external suppliers/agents to ensure the successful delivery of project deliverables, manage timelines and resources, and facilitate communication among all members.

The ideal candidate is expected
to have solid experience in similar roles in banking/finance and be familiar with industry-standard systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT (transformation/migration) projects, ensuring client specifications and deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal and external resources. subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and resource allocation
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or other technical field
  • Proven relevant work experience as PM in large organisations and/or IT projects (with at least 3 years in banking/finance projects)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in popular project management software
  • Any up-to-date Project management certification is a plus
