Company Description

ALUMAN SA is an industry-leading supplier of quality aluminium slugs and discs, with a history in the aluminium transformation sector that spans almost six decades (est ALUMAN is a family-owned, multiple times certified company, with head offices in Athens, Greece and a production site situated at Inofyta, Greece, 55 km north of Athens.

We are looking for an 
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
 to be based at our factory ( Oinofyta) leading initiatives that recognize and honor our experienced employees, integrate new hires effectively, and create a culture of collaboration and accountability.

The Role

As the HRBP, you will partner with the Plant Manager, HR Manager and factory leadership team to bring our people strategy to life. You will work on the ground with employees, supervisors, and managers to strengthen engagement, retention, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Preserve & Honor the Legacy:
• Design and deliver recognition programs for senior employees
• Set up mentorship roles for experienced staff to transfer skills and company values
• Involve long-tenured employees in process improvement initiatives
• Integrate & Retain the New Workforce:
• Lead onboarding redesign to introduce company history, culture, and expectations
• Implement a buddy system and conduct stay interviews
• Establish clear behavioral expectations and accountability frameworks
• Build a Strong & Sustainable Culture:
• Facilitate culture workshops and initiatives that align heritage with future growth
• Support leadership training for supervisors on motivation and conflict resolution
• Collaborate with recruitment to prioritize cultural fit alongside technical skills
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
• Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, and cultural change programs
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on, approachable, and comfortable spending time on the factory floor
• Fluency in Greek and good English
