Αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο IT support specialist για να ενταχθεί στην

ομάδα μας. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την

υποστήριξη χρηστών, την επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων και τη

συντήρηση της IT υποδομής μας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε χρήστες (on-site & remote)

Επίλυση προβλημάτων hardware, software και δικτύου

Διαχείριση και συντήρηση συστημάτων, servers και περιφερειακών

συσκευών

Εγκατάσταση και παραμετροποίηση νέων εφαρμογών και συσκευών

Παρακολούθηση ασφάλειας συστημάτων και λήψη αντιγράφων

ασφαλείας

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή σχετικού τομέα (ή αντίστοιχη εμπειρία)

Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση IT Support (τουλάχιστον 1-2 έτη)

Γνώση Windows / Office 365 / Active Directory

Καλή κατανόηση δικτύων (LAN, VPN, TCP/IP)

Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδικότητας

Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον:

Γνώσεις Linux

Εμπειρία σε cloud περιβάλλοντα (Azure, AWS)

Σχετικές πιστοποιήσεις (π.χ. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)Η εταιρεία προσφέρει:
