Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie who embodies Aman's commitment to culinary excellence to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef and the Executive Chef, the Chef de Partie plays a key role in supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. This hands-on position requires creativity, precision and a commitment to delivering refined and memorable dining experiences that reflect Aman's exceptional standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily food preparation and cooking tasks in accordance with Aman culinary standards.
• Ensure consistency, quality and precise execution of assigned dishes and sections.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness of all kitchen work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and storage protocols meticulously.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless and refined dining experiences.
• Assist with menu execution and seasonal culinary offerings.
• Monitor ingredient quality and freshness, ensuring proper preparation and storage.
• Contribute to training and mentoring junior culinary colleagues.
• Uphold Aman's standards of presentation, timing and attention to detail.

Requirements

• A degree in Culinary Arts from a recognised institution in Greece or abroad.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is considered an asset.
• International exposure is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is desirable.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• A creative, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset aligned with Aman values.
• You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
