MARNET provides services to various public and private entities and organizations in Greece, while it has also undertaken projects in Cyprus, Montenegro, Albania, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision and coordination of on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Lead, organize, and monitor construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
- Manage and coordinate all project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to provide regular project updates and promptly address issues or deviations.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and resources, ensuring budget alignment and proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Facilitate negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project requirements and contractual obligations.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management, preferably in port, road, or building projects.
