Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager, located in Kavala. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety standards are met, and controlling project execution. The Construction Manager will work closely with team members to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage construction projects
• Perform quantity surveying and measurements
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
• Handle material orders and conduct quality checks on deliveries
• Supervise construction works and coordinate subcontractor teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Very good command of the English language
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google search tools
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Valid driving license (Category B)
• Permanent residency in Kavala
• Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable)
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and consistency
• Motivation, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong Supervisory Skills and Construction expertise
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
