Location Rhodes, Greece

Employment Full-time

Working Hours 6-day week (summer) / 5-day week (winter)

The Blue Bay Group hotel chain is seeking an IT Administrator to join its IT Department. This is an ideal opportunity for IT professionals who wish to develop their experience in a demanding hospitality environment, complete with mentoring and career progression opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to users in one of the most dynamic environments: hospitality.
• Manage enterprise systems: PMS, POS, networks, servers.
• Maintain and expand IT infrastructure across multiple hotel units.
• Participate in projects for implementing new technologies and upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Informatics or a related field (University/Technological Institute/Vocational Training Institute).
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support (hospitality experience considered an asset).
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Office 365.
• Basic knowledge of networks: TCP/IP, WiFi, routers, switches.
• Customer service orientation & problem-solving skills.
• Greek (Written & Spoken) (Excellent) & English (Written & Spoken) (Good knowledge).
