Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-driven Fitness Instructor to join our team at Amanzoe in Greece. Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you will deliver private and group fitness sessions tailored to the needs and preferences of our guests. You will contribute to the wider wellness experience by demonstrating excellent knowledge of Amanzoe's spa services and maintaining consistently high standards of personalised hospitality.

• Deliver private and group fitness classes in line with Amanzoe standards.

• Conduct personalised assessments and create individual fitness programmes.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology when supporting guest needs.

• Offer guidance on safe and effective exercise techniques.

• Maintain all fitness areas, equipment, and training spaces to the highest standards.

• Provide information about Amanzoe's wider Spa and Wellness offerings.

• Support guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

• Collaborate with Spa and Wellness colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Assist with promoting wellness activities and programmes.

• Handle guest feedback with care and escalate when appropriate.

• Certification as a fitness instructor from a recognised public or private institution in Greece or abroad.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury spa, wellness centre, or high-end hospitality environment.

• Excellent understanding of Anatomy and Physiology.

• Experience in both personal training and group class instruction.

• Pilates knowledge is considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Additional languages are desirable but not essential.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.

• Creative, guest-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

• Legal right to live and work in Greece is required.
