– Ο Ρόλος Σου :

Ως Chef, θα έχεις την ευθύνη για τη συνολική εικόνα της κουζίνας – από τη δημιουργία μενού και τον συντονισμό της ομάδας, μέχρι την τελειοποίηση της γευστικής εμπειρίας των επισκεπτών μας.

– Κύριες αρμοδιότητες :

  • Συντονισμός, εκπαίδευση και αξιολόγηση του προσωπικού κουζίνας
  • Έλεγχος ποιότητας πρώτων υλών, παρασκευών και παρουσίασης πιάτων
  • Διαχείριση κόστους, παραγγελιών και αποθεμάτων
  • Τήρηση υγειονομικών και λειτουργικών πρωτοκόλλων (HACCP)

– Προφίλ Υποψηφίου :

  • Πτυχίο Μαγειρικής Τέχνης από αναγνωρισμένη σχολή
  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και ηγετικές δεξιότητες
  • Δημιουργικότητα, ταχύτητα και προσαρμοστικότητα
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Εμπειρία σε μεσογειακή κουζίνα
