Your contribution to something big

We are currently seeking a highly analytical and ambitious Business Analyst Intern to join the CEO's office and support the business development team with actionable insights and data-driven initiatives that align with business objectives. This role is not just an internship; it's a gateway to influence strategic decisions and contribute to our company's growth.

As a Business Analyst Intern you will:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to identify trends and performance metrics that lead to opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, ensuring data visualization is both impactful and user-friendly.
• Engage directly with the sales and business teams to assess data requirements, translating data sets into clear, analytical solutions that drive decision-making.
• Prepare compelling presentations and executive summaries for the CEO synthesizing complex information into concise, persuasive narratives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure data integrity and relevance, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or related discipline
• Master's degree or relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI; familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Greek & English language is essential; German would be a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data
• A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to high-impact projects.
