SAP FI Professional to join their dynamic and fast-growing team.

Business Application Manager

What you will do:

As a hands-on
SAP FI Professional,
you will be part of the Business Applications team, and you will participate in the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and/or Controlling (CO) modules.

More specifically, you will:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and/or CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
  • Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, TM).
  • Participate in workshops and UAT sessions to refine business processes.
  • Maintain functional specifications and change logs for all system modifications.

Requirements:

  • A BSc/MSc degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and controlling principles.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment and Fiori apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.

Any experience in the following will be considered an asset:

  • Experience in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Experience in SAP Travel Management, SAP CO, SAP integration points with MM, SD, and HR modules.
  • SAP certification in FI and/or CO.
