We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Properties Manager.
Position: Properties Manager
Location: South Rhodes (on-site)
Job Type: Seasonal
As our portfolio grows, we are seeking a professional who can deliver exceptional service, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest standards across our luxury villas and suites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of luxury properties
• Coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Guest communication and concierge-level support
• Check-ins, check-outs, property inspections
• Reporting and operational planning
• Supplier purchasing and coordination
• Organization and supervision of the storage house
• Inventory management for both properties and storage house
• Ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in hospitality or property management
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Driving license (necessary)
• Flexibility and availability during the season
