H ICAP Employment Solutions αναζητά Client Service Advisor για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, μία από τις κορυφαίες πολυεθνικές εταιρείες στο λιανικό εμπόριο επίπλων και οικιακού εξοπλισμού να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα, στη τοποθεσία του Αιγαλέου.

Εάν είσαι επικοινωνιακός/ή και θέλεις να γίνεις μέλος μιας δυναμικής ομάδας σε έναν σύγχρονο και φιλικό εργασιακό χώρο, τότε σε θέλουμε στην ομάδα

Ως Στέλεχος Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης, θα είσαι υπεύθυνος/η για:

· Την άμεση και αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου.

· Την παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες.

· Την καταγραφή και διαχείριση αιτημάτων ή παραπόνων πελατών.

· Την προώθηση λύσεων και την επίλυση προβλημάτων με επαγγελματισμό.

Requirements

· Απολυτήριο Λυκείου/ Επιθυμητό πτυχίο ΙΕΚ/ΑΕΙ

· Καλή γνώση αγγλικών

· Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ και βασικών προγραμμάτων γραφείου (Microsoft Office)

· Απαραίτητη η άριστη χρήση της ελληνικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά.

· Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, ευγένεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα.

· Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

· Ικανότητα διαχείρισης δύσκολων καταστάσεων

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

·     Γνώση CRM

·     Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση

·     Γνώση Λιανεμπορίου
