Costa Navarino is looking for a Spa Reception Agent. The selected candidate will ensure guest satisfaction regarding the below mentioned areas of Spa services in accordance with the Costa Navarino standards. The successful candidate will utilize sales techniques and strategies to promote and optimize retail sales revenues.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately schedule all spa reservations, changes or cancellations in Afrodite, confirm reservations and inform guests of spa policies. Maintain service standards.
• Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests. Respond to all guest concerns in a prompt, professional, calm and courteous manner.
• Provide spa concierge service including, but not limited to (resort directions, F&B reservations, laundry requests, etc.). Assist with mail orders and special mailings.
• Possess knowledge at all times of spa operations and clearly communicate information to guests (hours of operation, cancellation policies, special promotions, and groups in house, treatment menu, etc.)
• Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing members, guests and associates in accordance to Costa Navarino standards.
• Maintain a neat and organized reservations desk by wiping counters, keeping area clutter free and drawers and cabinets organized.
• Possess knowledge at all times of spa products available in retail shop. Use suggestive selling techniques in all situations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by recommending all engineering work orders and suggesting improvements of procedures, etc.
• Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and brand standards at all times.

Requirements

• Certification in Administration
• Experience in a resort setting, and/or wellness-related field.
• Proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests
• Be an excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of an extra foreign language will be considered as an advantage
• Possess strong computer skills – experience in using reservations softwares.
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills with a high ability to multitask
• Sales oriented and experienced
