Η GEP, η μεγαλύτερη εταιρεία Συμβούλων Υγείας και Ασφάλειας της εργασίας στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά Νοσηλευτή-Νοσηλεύτρια πλήρους απασχόλησης, που θα ηγηθεί της ομάδας First Aid σε ιατρικό τμήμα πελάτη μας στην περιοχή της Αθήνας.

Περιγραφή Θέσης

  • Στελέχωση ιατρείου σε χώρο εργασίας
  • Παροχή επείγουσας φροντίδας υγείας
  • Παροχή πρώτων βοηθειών σε περίπτωση ατυχήματος ή αιφνίδιας ασθένειας
  • Δημιουργία και έλεγχος μηνιαίων προγραμμάτων εργασίας μελών της ομάδας First Aid.
  • Ποιοτικός έλεγχος του εξοπλισμού των ιατρείων και έγκαιρη ενημέρωση των αρμόδιων προσώπων για διευθέτηση.
  • Εκπαίδευση των υφιστάμενων και νέων μελών της ομάδας First Aid στις διαδικασίες και στους χώρους εργασίας.
  • Συντονισμός δράσεων παροχής φροντίδας υγείας στο πλαίσιο εκδηλώσεων
  • Αξιολόγηση και συντονισμός των μελών της ομάδας των επαγγελματιών υγείας
  • Αποστολή μηναίων αναφορών στη Διοίκηση σχετικά με τα πεπραγμένα

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Νοσηλευτικής
  • Διετής εμπειρία σε παρόμοιο ρόλο
  • Εμπειρία στη δημιουργία αναφορών
  • Πιστοποίηση σε Basic Life Support (BLS) – επιθυμητό
  • Άριστη χρήση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και διοικητικές δεξιότητες
  • Πνεύμα συνεργασίας και ομαδικότητας
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης
