Are you a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity in an international environment? We are hiring multiple candidates for January and February start dates to join global customer support teams for world-leading brands.
Whether you prefer on-site work, remote roles (location-dependent), or are planning to relocate abroad with full relocation support, this position offers stability, training, and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities (Customer Support in Spanish)- Provide customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Handle product and service inquiries professionally
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow quality guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2)
- Good English level (B1+)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
