Host/Hostess
Requirements
Warmly greet and seat guests.
Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.
Manage reservations to effectively seat the entire dining room.
Maintain complete and accurate guest records and reservation notes.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Work with a spirit of teamwork. Communicate needs and ideas to management.
Knowledgeable in the various outlet menus and times of operation.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Understand mechanics of service and arrange tables for large parties.
Ensures there are plenty of menus for service period.
Provide assistance to servers with tallies at shift ends.
