We are looking for an experienced RES Control Systems Engineer to join a fast-growing team operating across large-scale Renewable Energy and Industrial systems. The role focuses on designing, monitoring, and optimizing complex operational environments that integrate SCADA, telemetry, terminal systems, and multiple vendor platforms.

This position is ideal for engineers who understand system architecture, data flows, and operational reliability across diverse RES assets.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and configure complex operational systems integrating SCADA, Terminal systems, Telemetry platforms, and multi-vendor infrastructures.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring dashboards, ensuring stable data flows and effective communication between internal systems and external partners.
  • Monitor and administer operational control systems to ensure uptime, performance, and uninterrupted processes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and integrators for system upgrades, expansions, and long-term unification of platforms.
  • Support the roadmap for automation, system standardization, and performance optimization.
  • Handle project management tasks related to implementations, contractor coordination, and deliverable reviews.
  • Own the Business Intelligence logic for control systems, ensuring accurate data flow and system integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Renewable Energy operations, Industrial Automation, or Control Systems (Solar/PV, Wind, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SCADA systems, including configuration, architecture, and interoperability.
  • Ability to design system communication architectures across different assets, vendors, and verticals.
  • Good understanding of Telemetry systems and data routing.
  • Experience with PLC systems (programming or troubleshooting) is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to PPC (Production Planning and Control) or plant-level control systems is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors or grid operators (e.g. ADMIE, DEDDIE).
  • Ability to manage project scopes, system requirements, and implementation workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
