We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for Blueground's Partner Network Portal, our new B2B SaaS platform that enables property partners to manage their portfolios, streamline operations, and grow their business through Blueground. This is a pivotal role shaping a product that is evolving rapidly to meet the needs of a margin-sensitive industry and a diverse set of partners across the globe.

You'll own the design vision, workflows, UI, and experience architecture across the portal. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams to bring clarity, simplicity, and value to complex operational workflows. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, systems design, and exceptional craft.

• Own the end–to–end design of the Partner Network Portal, shaping how partners onboard, manage their portfolio, and operate through Blueground's platform.
• Translate problems into simple, usable workflows across a new SaaS product that's evolving quickly with market and partner needs.
• Work closely with Product & Engineering to bring clarity to priorities, explore solutions fast, and ship improvements regularly.
• Design consistently within our design system, and help evolve it where new patterns or components are needed.
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly, using research, data, and partner feedback to guide decisions.
• Communicate clearly and often, making it easy for cross-functional teams to understand what's coming next and why.

  Partners find the portal intuitive, efficient, and reliable - and we ship meaningful improvements every cycle.

• Experienced in designing web products (not pages) where workflows, clarity, and efficiency matter.
• Strong interaction designer who cares deeply about flows, edge cases, and real-world usability.
• Comfortable bringing AI thinking into early feature exploration and new product ideas.
• Skilled at working with product and engineering to move fast, make decisions, and deliver measurable improvements.
• Practical, thoughtful, and user-driven, with a portfolio showing how you simplify complex problems.
• Familiar with modern component-based systems (bonus if you've worked with Shadcn or similar libraries).
