Role Overview

As our Social Media Content Creator & Manager, you'll be responsible for both the visual content creation and daily management of social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This is a hands-on creative and strategic role that requires excellent aesthetic sense, social media know-how, and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (posts, stories, short-form videos, carousels) tailored to each social platform.
• Manage and grow social media accounts for clients and in-house brands.
• Write compelling captions and micro-copy that align with brand tone and voice.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and creative best practices.
• Coordinate with paid media teams when needed to align organic and paid content.
• Assist with content shoots (photo/video), both in-studio and on location when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management (portfolio or samples required).
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop (or similar), and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (especially for Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English and Greek (if needed).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A keen eye for design and detail.
• Team spirit, creativity, and adaptability.

Nice to Have

• Background in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or similar publishing/scheduling tools.
