Project & Partner Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the coordination and administrative management of ongoing projects during a six-month period.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between project partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and timely submission of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain communication with project partners and collaborators.
  • Organize and monitor meetings (both in-person and online): prepare agendas, follow up on action items.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to project teams, including tracking leave, and daily needs.
  • Format, proofread, and finalize project deliverables prior to submission.
  • Support basic administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, reporting requirements, and internal procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or team support roles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to draft and format reports and deliverables in line with program requirements.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Desired qualifications:

·       Experience with EU-funded or research projects (e.g., Horizon Europe)

·       Familiarity with proposal preparation and administrative documentation for funding applications.

·       High attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
