Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη των Social Media (Τικ Τοκ, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube) σε συνεργασία με τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες της εταιρείας (agencies).
  • Eπιμέλεια περιεχομένου (posts, stories, reels, shorts).
  • Συντονισμός ομάδας content creators.
  • Οργάνωση influencer collaborations & UGC strategy.
  • Παρακολούθηση trends και εφαρμογή νέων ιδεών.
  • Διαχείριση σχολίων και μηνυμάτων με άμεση και σωστή ανταπόκριση.
  • Ανάλυση αποτελεσμάτων και προτάσεις βελτίωσης.

Προσόντα:

  • Γνώση TikTok και Instagram trends & best practices.
  • Δημιουργική σκέψη και άνεση στην παραγωγή περιεχομένου.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις editing & social media tools.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις γραφιστικής.
  • Οργανωτική σκέψη και συνέπεια σε deadlines

Επιθυμητά:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια.
  • Εμπειρία σε beauty brands
  • Γνώση paid ads και συνεργασιών με influencers
  • Portfolio προηγούμενης δουλειάς
