Job Summary

Position title:
Training Manager

Reports to:
Brand Manager

As a Training Manager, you are responsible for ensuring and implementing the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. The Training Manager should always strive for going around and working in the different bars around the market, to make sure that they will be on top of the levels of performance in the different bars, with frequent shifts BTC (Behind The Counter).
The most critical tasks
for the Training Manager are to balance the introduction and maintaining of high-quality training standards, validations across the different positions and brand execution BTC of the market, while still ensuring to continuously maintain Joe values such as Brand Behaviour, good quest experiences and that everyone is being treated fairly and equally at all times.

Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which you are able to achieve a strong and wide E-Campus knowledge by continuously following up, ensuring high training standards and promoting building a happy working environment and strong bonds amongst the trainees.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high performance standards across all stores, in full alignment with Joe & The Juice's Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P.) and brand guidelines.

Train and develop employees across all levels (Juicers, Shift Managers, Store Managers).

Collaborate closely with
Brand Manager and Store Managers
to identify training needs, enhance performance, and ensure operational alignment.

Conduct regular
Behind the Counter (BTC)
shifts to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify improvement areas.

Stay up to date on new training initiatives, product updates, and E-Campus developments, ensuring proper rollout and execution in the market.

Provide ongoing feedback and progress reports to
Brand Manager
, maintaining clear communication on training results and market needs.

Act as a role model in behavior, performance, and leadership, embodying the company's core values, demonstrating honesty, humility and teamwork to inspire excellence.

Your Profile

 Fluent in English

Upbeat personality, bringing happy vibes, and able to build strong relationships while promoting integrity, equality, and team spirit across the organization

Knowledge of hygiene standards, inventory management, and basic financial principles would be an advantage, but not required

Strong computer literacy, especially in using Microsoft Office software
