In behalf of our biggest clients in energy, we are seeking to hire a talented IT Services Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of small scale IT projects. This position offers a hybrid work model based in central Athens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the following:
On Incident Management:
- Collects information to facilitate the resolution of incidents and assigns them in accordance with established protocols. Escalates incidents when required.
- Informs pertinent individuals about the measures taken. Engages with users and stakeholders to keep them updated on the status of incidents.
- Supports the upkeep of records and documentation pertinent to incidents.
On Organization Facilitation:
- Creates an organized series of meetings, events, or workshops aimed at addressing complex issues.
- Grasps the necessary outcomes and deliverables from teams and guides them in achieving these goals.
On Project Management:
- Collaborates independently or with a small team, engaging in every phase of the project. Utilizes suitable project management techniques and tools.
- Coordinates the project strategy with stakeholders and develops achievable project plans that encompass scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication strategies.
- Monitors progress against the project timeline, effectively managing stakeholder engagement as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support and/or service management.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in large-scale organizations.
- Experience in the electricity, natural gas, or utilities sectors is preferred.
- Certifications in Project Management or Service Management will be considered a plus.
