Role Description

We are seeking a full-time
WordPress Developer
to join our team in Thessaloniki in a
hybrid role
(part remote, part on-site). The ideal candidate will take Figma designs and turn them into fully functional, high-quality WordPress websites primarily using Elementor. This role focuses on custom development, performance optimization, and delivering pixel-perfect results that match provided designs.

Daily work includes:

• Building custom WordPress websites based on Figma files
• Developing and customizing themes and plugins
• Ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Optimizing website performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborating with designers and content creators to deliver seamless projects

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of
  Elementor
• Strong skills in PHP, MySQL, WordPress core functions
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  (and related frameworks)
• Experience building
  custom websites from Figma
• Solid understanding of responsive design
  and optimization for all devices
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
