Role Purpose:

The role is responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of reporting through Entersoft ERP, supporting Management, Finance, Commercial and Operations with accurate and timely data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business requirements and their conversion into reporting specs
• Design & production of reports in Crystal Reports / Entersoft
• Maintenance of reporting library for management dashboards, finance KPIs and sales performance
• Data validation, data cleanse and data quality enhancement of processes
• Collaboration with Finance, CFO, COO & departmental heads for strategic decision support
• Documentation & standardization reporting structures για scalable growth
• Participation in digital transformation initiatives 2026 (ERP expansions, integrations, automations)

Requirements:

• Experience in Entersoft ERP is necessary
• Crystal Reports / SQL queries
• Ability to translate business logic into functional reporting
• Excel advanced level
• Optional: Power BI exposure
