We are looking for a Project Manager with strong technical and security skills and solid experience in managing IT and Security-related projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate complex programs with a focus on Cyber Security, Compliance, and Risk Management, ensuring successful project delivery across international environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver IT & Security projects by planning, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security frameworks.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, while meeting security and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in defining project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and security feasibility.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure alignment with project security policies.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate methodologies and security metrics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting in line with ITSMS / ISMS (ISO models.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in IT project management with exposure to security-focused initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity deployments, security audits, infrastructure hardening, compliance projects).
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure, networks, and security solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ITIL, COBIT).
  • PMP/Prince II certification (additional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA will be considered a plus).
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure situations and manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring security and compliance controls are maintained.
  • Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
