Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior Operations Coordinator
to support our daily operations in Greece. The role involves assisting with recruitment and office administration, liaising with public authorities, supporting candidates in completing essential formalities for legal employment, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, file, categorize, and prepare CVs (based on company templates) through partner networks, personal outreach, and job postings.
- Verify that candidates hold the required certificates and, if not, coordinate the process for obtaining them.
- Manage the
ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
, ensuring it is always updated (matching CVs to job openings, updating or streamlining workflows, etc.). - Source suitable CVs for open positions and prepare proposals for clients in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
- Handle social media accounts and assist with other marketing initiatives.
- Communicate with relevant public authorities in Greece and abroad (e.g., for work permit procedures, candidate documentation, etc.).
- Welcome and support workers upon arrival.
- Handle ad hoc requests from the Directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Public Administration, or related field (
or currently in the final year of studies
). - Strong organizational and communication skills in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with Greek bureaucracy (tax office, AMKA, municipal services) is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle responsibilities with discretion.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
