Role Overview
At Ergon Tzanidakis Ltd., we are seeking a Sales Support & Office Administrator, reporting to the Sales Manager, based in Egaleo, to support our Sales Department and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls. The role combines administrative support, sales coordination, customer service, and basic reception responsibilities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and send offers, proformas, order forms, and customer materials.
- Monitor and verify CRM/ERP entries (contacts, inquiries, quotations) submitted by the sales team.
- Organize weekly Sales Department meetings and keep minutes.
- Support sales team with machinery documentation upon delivery.
- Record customer issues and forward them for evaluation and resolution.
- Handle secretarial tasks and maintain electronic and physical records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company staff.
- Manage reception duties: phone handling, visitor welcome, correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies and consumables and ensure proper office organization.
- Assist with basic accounting processes, including invoice issuance when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, office admin, or a similar role.
- Excellent command of Greek & English (written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
- Driving license (Category B).
- Completed military service (if applicable).
- Strong organization and administrative skills.
- Customer oriented, professional and polite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
- Team spirit with adaptability
