Role Description

The Executive Housekeeper at Atlantica Holiday Village will oversee the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include managing daily housekeeping operations, coordinating with other departments, supervising laundry services, and implementing staff training programs. The role also involves organizing resources to maintain operational efficiency and addressing guest inquiries promptly. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rhodes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
  • Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrated organizational skills for managing daily housekeeping activities efficiently
  • Proven ability to train and mentor housekeeping staff
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
