About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Digital Operations Specialist
to join our team in Thessaloniki. We believe that the right person for this role isn't defined by a specific job title but by their
aptitude for problem-solving and their affinity for technology
. You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the technical setup and data analysis for our global advertising campaigns. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of structured, repetitive tasks and complex, investigative work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution:
  Accurately set up and maintain performance marketing campaigns in our tracking platforms.
• Data-Driven Analysis:
  Generate performance reports and create custom data sets to uncover key insights and support internal business decisions.
• Technical Investigation:
  Troubleshoot tracking issues and investigate link redirect paths to ensure data integrity and identify business opportunities.
• Internal Collaboration:
  Work closely with our team to understand their data and technical needs, providing clear and concise insights.

Experience & Education:

• At least one year of professional experience in a role that required strong analytical skills, data handling, or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics) is a plus.
