Senior Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records for multiple companies operating across the northern suburbs of Athens.
• Perform daily reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices and purchase orders as needed.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle payroll processing.
• Assist in preparing documentation for annual financial statements, income tax filings, and VAT returns.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Prepare various ad hoc management reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR activities, including interviewing and hiring for multiple companies.
• Manage communication and transactions with banks and customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
