About the Role

As Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa, leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest service standards, driving revenue performance, managing guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless spa operations in line with the hotel's five-star standards of excellence.

Note: This role is based in Paros Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall operations of the Spa
  • Manage and carry out procedures, have very good knowledge of treatments and products, while ensuring all treatments comply with current legislation and company's standards and full respect to treatments protocol.
  • Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments and consultation cards.
  • Managing Spa team members and beauty therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development
  • Drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach to delivering alternative ways and programs
  • Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and program improvement
  • Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent service from all team members
  • Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment while ensuring all department procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Ability to meet financial targets
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Qualification as Aesthetician or Physiotherapist graduate, or any relevant private school is required
  • Previous experience within hospitality industry as Spa Manager
  • Willingness to develop team members and self
  • Must have excellent English Language skills
