Injection Molding Operator

IKOPLAST S.A. specializes in the production of plastic pails for packaging, located in N.Redestos, Thessaloniki. Our modern facility, spanning 3,500m², is equipped with advanced injection and printing machines. We produce high-quality pails in various capacities, using primary, non-toxic raw materials suitable for food packaging. Adhering to European Standards, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and quality control. Our specialized personnel and design department ensure the production of both functional and aesthetically pleasing pails, with options for screen-printing, offset printing, and IML.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Molding Operator located in Thessaloniki. The Injection Molding Operator will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, overseeing the production process, conducting quality control inspections, carrying out preventive maintenance, and ensuring proper injection procedures. The role requires adherence to safety and hygiene standards, as well as collaboration with the production team to achieve efficient and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Machine Operation and Injection Molding skills
• Experience with Injections and Preventive Maintenance
• Quality Control skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
