About the Location:

Tinos Beach Hotel
is located on the sandy beach of Kionia, 2.6 km west of Tinos Port. The property is currently undergoing comprehensive renovation.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations at
Tinos Beach Hotel
, ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and outstanding guest experiences across all outlets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, breakfast service, events).
  • Ensure consistent service excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the F&B team to achieve high performance.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and service coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Monitor inventory, manage ordering processes, and control costs effectively.
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules and optimize labor productivity.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and resolve service issues.
  • Support departmental budgeting and financial performance targets.
  • Coordinate F&B activities during pre-opening phases.
  • Implement and maintain service procedures for consistency across outlets.
  • Supervise event and banquet setup and execution.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in F&B systems, POS, and cost-control processes.
  • Solid understanding of HACCP and health & safety regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
