Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a
MIS Analyst
who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely MI reporting to support decision-making by developing reports and dashboards, utilizing and maintaining management information systems and analyzing data.
During your day you will:
- Be responsible for preparing periodic and ad hoc reports, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and timely for further analysis from Controlling department
- Maintain and manage data in SAP (mainly CO, PS), BW, SAC, and other relevant systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Utilize system capabilities to develop and set up dashboards and reports, including providing relevant recommendations to Head of Financial Planning & Control
- Communicate with MOH's IT, external service providers and consultants to develop, maintain, and upgrade current systems and processes
- Collaborate with MOH's Strategy & Planning, Group Reporting and Group IR to optimize Group MOH management reporting and accommodate periodic and ad-hoc requests.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize data management and reporting efficiency
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of new reports and system updates to ensure accuracy and reliability before implementation
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics
- Master's degree in a related field is considered a plus
- 2-5 years of experience at MIS/IT functions
- Expertise in SAP environment (CO – PS modules), BW, SAC
- Experience in creating dashboards and databases
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially versed in Excel
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
