Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary located in Athens. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks. The role also includes coordinating with staff and clients, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills including maintaining records and preparing reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and clients
  • Ability to ensure smooth office operations and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field it is an extra qualification but not essential
  • Experience in the medical or aesthetics field is a major plus
