Executive Assistant / Operations & Marketing
professional to support senior management and contribute to the club's operational excellence and digital presence.
This is a dynamic, multifaceted role combining
executive support, event coordination, operations, and digital marketing
, ideal for a highly organized individual with a strong sense of professionalism and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Club's Management and daily operations
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing business and networking events
- Manage the Club's website and social media channels
- Create and curate digital content (posts, stories, announcements)
- Use
Canva and AI-powered tools
for content creation and marketing materials - Organize and maintain administrative and basic accounting documentation
- Monitor brand image and member experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital content
- Proficiency with computers and online tools
- Good command of English
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and attention to detail
Previous experience in operations, executive assistance, marketing, or social media will be considered an asset, but is not required.

Position Details

- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma
