Marsh is seeking candidates for the "Employee Health & Benefits Claims Advisor" for Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Department based in the Athens office.

We will count on you to:
Be one of the points of contact servicing our insureds
Offer guidance, support and clarifications to the insureds, regarding the procedure to correct file claim
Effectively resolve disputes with insurance companies
Dully explain the plan's offered benefits and ways to optimize its full capacity
Support HR specialists in healthcare market and relevant issues that they should be aware of
What you need to have:
At least 2 years of working experience in handling Health & Benefits claims queries
Strong knowledge of the Greek Health & Benefits insurance market operations and procedures
Alternatively, 3-5 years of work experience in a Life Agency as either customer service expert or as back office administrator
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
Avid user of technology
Proficient in both Greek and English
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
