Your Role:

Moderate and review content such as videos, news stories, and social media profiles.
Score and categorize content based on age-appropriateness, violence, and adherence to policies.
Apply and enforce the brands content guidelines across all formats consistently.
Engage in wellness programs and participate in training sessions.
Escalate cases that require further support or may impact performance metrics.
Uphold all security and confidentiality protocols.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (C1), with excellent grammar and communication.
Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of the social and political contexts relevant to the supported language.
Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills paired with a highly empathetic approach.
Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
