Η θέση αφορά συνεργασία με στελέχη των Διευθύνσεων Επενδύσεων, Λειτουργιών και Λογιστηρίου Χρηματοοικονομικών Οργανισμών, με στόχο την υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη των μηχανογραφικών λύσεων της EFFECT.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

Ο/Η Financial Software Consultant θα αποκτήσει ολοκληρωμένη γνώση των λύσεων της EFFECT και θα υποστηρίζει τις παρακάτω εργασίες:

  • Υποστήριξη και εκπαίδευση χρηστών στη χρήση του λογισμικού.
  • Ανάλυση και τεκμηρίωση επιχειρηματικών αναγκών των πελατών.
  • Ανάλυση και βελτιστοποίηση ροών εργασίας με στόχο την αυτοματοποίηση διαδικασιών.
  • Ποιοτικός έλεγχος (QA) νέων λειτουργιών και releases.
  • Παρουσίαση νέων εφαρμογών και λειτουργιών σε υφιστάμενους και υποψήφιους πελάτες.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ σε Χρηματοοικονομικά ή Θετικές Επιστήμες. Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Γνώση των αναγκών του τομέα Διαχείρισης Επενδύσεων.
  • Γνώση χρηματοοικονομικών προϊόντων (μετοχές, ομόλογα, Α/Κ, παράγωγα κ.λπ.).
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας (Γνώση επιπλέον ξένης γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί προσόν).
  • Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλίας, ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
  • Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σχετική με χρηματοοικονομικά θα θεωρηθεί προσόν.
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office και χρήσης Η/Υ.
