The Ship Management Division of ENESEL Group, presently operates a diverse fleet of 28 modern, high-specification tankers and container vessels, is seeking a highly motivated, and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Athens. The role will report to the Group's Global HR Manager. It will also involve collaboration with the senior leadership in the Athens office, department heads and HR colleagues across the Group to help deliver a cohesive and effective HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily HR support and advisory to managers and employees.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support performance management, training, and talent development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Greek labor law and internal policies.
  • Oversee HR systems, reporting, and HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree/HR certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an international or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and service orientation.
