Procurement Officer

Tsakos Shipping and Trading S.A., Paleo Faliro, seek a Procurement Officer to join its Procurement Department, Stores and Spares parts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in relevant field of Maritime Studies or Logistics & Supply Chain Management;
• Previous working experience in a shipping company's Procurement Department will be considered as an advantage;
• Working experience related to Forwarding services will be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Familiar with Purchasing Software and MS Office applications;
• Experience with KAPA E-PMS, DANAOS and other purchasing applications will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to monitor effectiveness, quality and optimal monitoring of supply, cost efficiency;
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced working environment.
