We are currently hiring for Domes White Coast Milos, an ultimate luxury boutique 5* resort, located in the area of Mytakas in Milos.

Breakfast Chef de Partie for our fine-dining Makris Restaurant Team in Milos.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our fine-dining Makris Restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality breakfast dishes that reflect the standards of our luxury resort.

Some of the responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present breakfast dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for breakfast offerings.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth service.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients when needed.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.

Useful to have:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and pastry basics.
  • Excellent culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
