The Role

As a QA Analyst, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to test and ensure that every feature released works as expected and delivers a great user experience. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in AI and Conversational UI testing, helping improve chatbot and AI-driven features.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Report, document, and track bugs to resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to understand requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Support the improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Help test and review AI conversational systems and chatbot interactions.
  • Collect and analyze AI interaction data (metrics, KPIs) to support improvements.
  • Review and comment on AI training data for better performance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience in software testing, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Good understanding of QA methods, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with project management or bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP (Natural Language Processing).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and testing tools.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

  • Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
  • Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data checks.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
