Are you ready to make an impact in the cable industry? Work4u is looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team at a leading provider of high-quality cable solutions.

Position: Quality Control Engineer

Location: Thebes (Thiva), Central Greece

Responsibilities:

  • Issue and review technical documents
  • Study international specifications and standards, and participate in technical meetings
  • Supervise, coordinate, and perform electrical tests & measurements
  • Issue operating & safety instructions
  • Train and develop laboratory personnel
  • Resolve emerging problems/deficiencies and address open technical issues
  • Process and interpret measured data
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee the laboratory operating schedule to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Specify and monitor Lab KPIs
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to other departments based on internal database or external resources

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering 
  • Previous working experience in a similar role in an industrial environment or electrical testing laboratory
  • Ability to conduct high-voltage electrical tests on cables
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (second foreign language is an asset)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
