We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Accounting Director to lead the accounting department and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the company's financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and supervisory control of the Accounting Department's services and tasks.
• Preparation and submission of Financial Statements.
• Monitoring and control of suppliers and customers, reconciliation of balances.
• Payroll control and related obligations – Knowledge of Labor Legislation.
• Review of entries and account reconciliations.
• Preparation and drafting of monthly reports for management.
• Coordination, training, and development of the Accounting team.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of tax matters.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SOFTONE.
• 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Team spirit, leadership, and organizational skills.
