PAL ) a leading Greek manufacturer and distributor of Cookware with products present in all major Supermarket chains and retailers in Greece and exports to various countries is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a Product Manager of our Cookware Division:

Job Description:

  • Oversees the full lifecycle of products from a 360-degree point of view.

This includes:

  • New product specification and design selection (sizes, colors, materials, shapes).
  • Material or product sourcing from suitable vendors both local and international.
  • New product package and label design in collaboration with external graphic design agencies.
  • Development of the price list and pricing strategy for each new product.
  • Launch planning, and marketing/merchandising support of new products (physical and digital) in cooperation with external partners.
  • Accurate demand forecasting for stock replenishment and inventory management in cooperation with the sales & procurement/production departments.
  • Existing product improvement.
  • Monitoring the profitability of products and their revenue trends via statistics.
  • Conducting market research, (visits to retailers' stores for market and competition analysis, visits to international trade shows to discover new product trends and suppliers).
  • Preparation of a yearly new product pipeline including launch dates and product info.
  • Record keeping of relevant data according to company procedures and quality systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bsc / Msc / MBA University Degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration or any other relevant degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar field preferably on product management or in a Marketing department.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (Proficiency Level).
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical and IT skills (MS office Proficiency).
  • Availability for travelling.
  • Flexibility.
  • Military service obligation must be completed for male candidates.

  • ERP/SAP experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team spirit.
