Role Overview

At Ergon Tzanidakis Ltd., we're looking for a
Spare Parts Sales Representative
, reporting to the After Sales – Spare Parts Manager, based in
Egaleo
, to

promote and sale spare parts and accessories according to the company's commercial policy. This is a unique opportunity for a Sales professional who wants to grow with us, contribute and make a real impact

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer requests via telephone, e-mail or physical presence.
• Identify requested items via an online platform (JDS) and assist clients with the selection of spare parts and accessories.
• Prepare offers and submit orders via the ERP system (Soft1).
• Monitor the progress of orders until their delivery to customers.
• Record, document and report customer complaints.
• Participate in sectoral exhibitions and corporate sales events

Job requirements – Qualifications

• Academic qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Engineering, Mechatronics Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Completed military service (if applicable).
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Αbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Graduate of a technical school (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, in B2B sales and in a related industry desirable
• Excellent oral and written use of Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ERP
• Driving licence (Category B)
• Fulfilled military obligations (if required)
• Customer-centric approach
• Dynamism, initiative, enthusiasm
• A team-player mindset and a proactive attitude.
