E-Commerce Operations Manager

attica department stores is currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Ε-Commerce Operations Manager for our central offices in Athens, to lead the Beauty Category and drive its growth in line with our strategic vision.

With the flagship store housed in City Link, an historical building near Syntagma Square in the center of Athens, and two more stores in Maroussi (northern suburbs of Athens), as well as two in Thessaloniki (one at Tsimiski street in the center of the city and one within the Mediterranean Cosmos Shopping Center), attica offers complete sections of women's, men's and children's fashionwear, footwear, beauty and accessories, along with a wide range of excellent, personalized services.

Role Purpose
This position plays a key role within the E-Commerce department, leading the beauty team to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate content management, and effective commercial execution, all while driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting overall business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and coordinate the e-commerce beauty team to ensure efficient execution of daily operations and achievement of team objectives.
• Oversee and manage the content of the website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across product listings, promotions, and pages.
• Track and report sales performance with the performance team, ensuring that targets are met and driving initiatives to optimize results.
• Ensure smooth coordination of order processing and stock management and collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize product deliveries and ensure timely stock replenishment for the e-commerce site.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers regarding promotions, budget allocations, and sales performance. Also, develop plans for paid collaborations and oversee the execution of them.
• Develop and deliver clear briefs for Beauty media campaigns, ensuring all necessary details and expectations are communicated to the team.
• Manage commercial activities, including discounts, promotional actions, and Viber campaigns, ensuring proper execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of industry shifts.

Skills/Experience Required

• Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, ideally within the beauty or pharmacy sector.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leading role.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media platforms.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven ability in sales and performance monitoring.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Budget management and cost control expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
